In 5 years, while playing and coaching, he earned a (BBA) in International Business  and MBA from Houston Baptist University. He has a passion for inspiring people of all ages to reach their full potential. Marcel graduated valedictorian of his high school class, won a basketball State Championship and several all-state honors while earning a scholarship to play D-1 basketball. Today, Marcel is a living as an example for others to seek their passion by being an entrepreneur and balancing other responsibilities. He is the author of The Balance: Student-Athlete Handbook for Successfully Managing Life with Academics & Sports, Director, and Coach for The Family Basketball Organization., Co-Owner of Essential Colors, and basketball trainer.
